All direct bookings made year-round at Laurelwood & Interlude Condominiums will be subject to a 10% non-refundable deposit charged at the time of booking. Final payment is automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Bookings made through third-party booking platforms will be subject to the platform’s unique cancelation policy.
