We strongly suggest all guests purchase 3rd party travel insurance at time of booking. Our normal cancellation policies are strictly enforced, and cancellations within the penalty period will be non-refundable. In the event of a guest contracting COVID-19, our cancellation policy remains intact. Please keep in mind that masks are required in our office. We will continue to do everything in our power to help flatten the curve of COVID-19.

Getting Here

From Highway 82, turn onto Brush Creek Rd. Follow the road for about 10 minutes and go straight through two roundabouts. Shortly after the second roundabout, you’ll see an “Upper Village” sign where you’ll take a slight left to continue on Brush Creek Rd. Take your next right turn on Upper Carriage Way. Laurelwood Condominiums check-in office is located right across the street from Parking Lot 12.
